Ganja infused chocolates. What’s not to love?10 Doses
- ¼ ounce ganja
- 5 tb. unsalted butter, melted
- 6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (I like Ghiradelli or Trader Joe’s brand)
- Chocolate molds (use whatever shape you fancy)
Preheat oven @ 325F.
Buzz the ganja in a coffee grinder until powdery. Pour into a small baking dish and toast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven; pour butter over and mix. Return to the oven for 1 more hour; stirring from time to time. Remove from the oven and let cool 10 minutes. Strain butter, pressing down on plant matter to remove solids. Place ganja butter in double boiler and mix in chocolate. Stir gently until the chocolate is melted. Pour into molds and place in the freezer to set, about 30 minutes. Remove when hardened and transfer to the fridge. Enjoy!
